When you access any of our services, including any part of our website or any of our apps, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Purpose

JustArrivd registered at 2 Church Court, Church Lane, Lymington, SO41 3RA, also referred to as "we", "us" or "JustArrivd" provide a service linking you to mobile food vendors.

Using our Services

When you use our services, you agree to the following:

• That you are 18 years old or over.
• That we may use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We may contact you through the JustArrivd app, and using any email or mobile number that you have provided.
• To use our services as they are intended to be used and only for lawful purposes.
• To keep your account secure and to not share your password or pin code. Should your account become compromised, you will inform us immediately.
• When using location features, that you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your location data.
• You will not use our services in a way that could prevent our systems from functioning properly, affect other users or compromise our intellectual property.
• You will not impersonate any JustArrivd employee or pretend to be affiliated with JustArrivd.

Harm to JustArrivd or our users

You must not directly or indirectly or help others to, through any means, to access, use, create, modify or prepare works based upon our systems or in any other way exploit our services in an unpermissible or unlawful way which could harm us, our users or systems. Such unpermissible actions include; reverse engineering, altering, decompiling or extracting code from any of our services, transmitting harmful computer code through our systems, attempting to gain unauthorised access to any of our computer systems, interferring with the safety and security of our users, creating software or APIs that mimic our own or that function substantially the same as our own.

Licences

We own all trademarks, domains, logos, trade secrets, patents associated with our service. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable licence to use our Services, subject to and in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

When you make content available through our systems, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to publish the information and to grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute and create derivative works. These rights you grant us in this licence are provided for the limited purpose of operating and providing our services.

Right to Modify the Service

We retain the rights, at our sole discretion, to implement new elements as part of and/or ancillary to the Service and any JustArrivd LTD software, including changes that may affect the previous mode of operation of the service. We expect that any such modifications will enhance the overall service, but it is possible that you may not agree with us.

Limitation Of Liability

Our service is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. Our total liability arising from or related to our terms shall be limited to reasonable losses and will not exceed more than the total amount you have paid us within the past 6 months or £100, whichever is lower.

You also acknowledge that a variety of JustArrivd LTD actions may impair or prevent you from accessing your content or using the service at certain times and/or in the same way, for limited periods or permanently, and agree that JustArrivd LTD has no responsibility or liability as a result of any such actions or results, including, without limitation, for the deletion of, or failure to make available to you, any content. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any part of the service.

Termination

At our sole discretion, if we believe that you have breached our Terms of Service we may terminate or suspend your account immediately.

Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any downloaded information from our services.

Others

If any of these terms are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any failure or delay by you or us in enforcing (in whole or in part) any provision of these terms will not be interpreted as a waiver of your or our rights or remedies.

We may update these terms. Should we do so, we will endeavour to provide you with 30 days notice. If we are unable to do this, these changes will become effective immediately.

Any headings included in these terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.

The legal contract of any payment, sale or purchase made through JustArrivd to a vendor is between you and the vendor in all cases.

The set terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Disputes or claims arising in connection with these Terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
